Shelsley Walsh Hill Climb is one of the most iconic motorsport venues in the United Kingdom, bringing together an incredible mix of classic cars, modern performance machines and talented drivers. With its rich history and challenging course, the event offers a fantastic opportunity for both motorsport fans and automotive photographers alike

I recently attended Shelsley Walsh to capture the action, atmosphere and variety of vehicles on display throughout the day. From highly modified track cars to beautifully restored classics, there was no shortage of stunning machinery tackling the famous hill climb course.
One of the highlights of the event was the diversity of vehicles competing. Every run up the hill brought something different, creating endless opportunities for unique automotive photography. Capturing cars under acceleration, navigating tight corners and powering towards the finish line provided some fantastic photographic moments.

The event also offered plenty of opportunities away from the track. The paddock area allowed visitors to get up close to the vehicles, speak with owners and admire the engineering, craftsmanship and attention to detail that goes into each build.
As an automotive photographer, events like Shelsley Walsh located near Worcester, attracts competitors from across the UK... Are a great chance to capture the passion, dedication and excitement that make the UK car community so special. Whether photographing race cars, modified builds, classic vehicles or enthusiast-owned projects, every car has its own story to tell.
